DurkanCalhoun, Ga.—Durkan, the hospitality brand of Mohawk Group, launched Cosmopolitan, its latest collection designed by Virginia Langley. According to Durkan, the Cosmopolitan collection features a contemporary style inspired by global cultures from across the Americas, Africa, Asia, the Pacific Islands and worldwide tribes, including the Batik, Aztec, Ikat, Kilim and Navajo.

“At Mohawk Group and Durkan we strive to collaborate with designers and thinkers who push us in new directions,” said Mark Page, Mohawk Group’s senior director of creative design and development. “Virginia Langley has been doing this with Durkan for many years. She brings an expertise in textiles and interiors that create truly unique and exciting designs.”

Cosmopolitan’s designs reflect worldwide cultures and tribes and their love of nature as well as their emphasis on harmony within the natural world, according to Durkan. Combining this inspiration with Durkan’s advanced technology, Cosmopolitan offers eye-catching designs for any hospitality application.

“These styles combine into a modern interpretation for a harmonious and vibrant collection,” Page said. “It is a remarkable collection, suitable for a wide range of interiors, from urban to resort.”
