Santa Fe Springs, Calif.— Top five flooring distributor, Galleher LLC, has named Jim Harrington as its vice president of marketing and brand strategy. Harrington most recently served as CMO of Cremo, where he managed the growth of the company from start-up to becoming the largest independent men’s grooming company in the U.S.

Harrington brings to Galleher a wealth of experience, having run some of the most recognized advertising agencies in the country, working with industry leading companies like In and Out Burger, WD-40 and Kawasaki. “Galleher is an exciting opportunity,” Harrington said. “We will be implementing some new strategies that highlight its incredible range of products and uncompromising level of service.”

Harrington comes to Galleher at a crucial time as the company continues to experience strong growth fueled by the success of its in-house brands and further geographical expansion. “Jim’s expertise is a welcome addition to our executive team,” said Ted Kozikowski, president and CEO. “Having someone of Jim’s caliber to lead our marketing efforts frees up Danny Harrington (no relation), now our V.P. of product strategy, to focus on new product development. Those two working together make a powerful duo to help fuel the next chapter of Galleher’s growth.”

Previously, the distributor elevated its executive team with the naming of Kozikowski to the role of president and CEO, which took effect on Nov. 16, 2020. Kozikowski brought to Galleher over two decades of senior-level leadership and success in the building products industry. Kozikowski had previously served as president and CEO at Keyes Packaging Group, and has served previously as president at Plastimayd LLC and Oldcastle Architectural, Inc. His experience in complex, global supply chain organization and distribution had met with proven success in building longtime partnerships, managing fast-growing operations and positioning companies for future growth.
