Dalton—Novalis Innovative Flooring has promoted Graham Capobianco to the position of sustainability manager – North America.

As the previous commercial technical service manager for Novalis, Capobianco brings a wealth of knowledge from his technical and product development background. According to Novalis, his familiarity with the manufacturing and service programs for Novalis will positively impact the Novalis sustainability initiatives.

“Our commitment to sustainability is a core tenet of our company and Graham will provide a significant impact to our sustainability efforts in North America and globally,” said John Wu, president and CEO for Novalis Innovative Flooring.
