Elgin, Ill.—TAJ Flooring has tapped Torie Bonafede as vice president of national accounts. Bonafedebrings over 20 years of proven, successful selling experience to this position.
As a flooring industry veteran, Bonafede’s roots in the business began at his family’s flooring and furniture store, Carey’s Furniture Co. He later moved on to J&J Industries in the early ’90s working with them for 18 years. He was instrumental in the growth of J&J’s national accounts and helped expand their offerings beyond carpet. In 2012, Bonafedemoved to Parterre Flooring Systems to become a regional vice president for the Midwest. Most recently Bonafede was vice president of sales with Inside Edge Commercial Interior Services, a leader in national account overnight remodel flooring installation work.
