Salem, N.J.—Mannington Mills announced that its president and CEO, Russell Grizzle, will retire on Dec. 31, 2022. Grizzle joined Mannington Mills as COO in 2010, and in 2011 succeeded Tom Davis as president and CEO. He has over 40 years of industry experience—the past 12 with Mannington Mills and prior to that with Milliken & Company.

“Over the past 12 years, Russell has successfully led Mannington through an enormous amount of change,” said Keith Campbell, chairman of the board of Mannington Mills. “His steadfast leadership through acquisitions and divestitures, robust economic times and recessions, has helped us grow and thrive and we wish him and his wife Janice much health and happiness in retirement.”

To help ensure a solid transition, effective immediately, Tom Pendley, president of Mannington Commercial, will assume the transitional role of chief operating officer (COO), with plans for him to assume the role of president and CEO upon Grizzle’s retirement.
