Glen Burnie, Md.—Haines, the flooring industry’s largest distributor, announced plans to hold its Loyalty Club Summit in-person from Feb.17-18, 2021, at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, Fla.

Haines said it plans to tie in its national sales meeting with the summit to allow the Haines sales and product teams to meet and interact with Loyalty Club retailers.

Regarding safety measures, Haines said it would closely monitor all CDC and Osceola County guidelines as it relates to COVID-19. As such, it will be implementing all of the safety measures required, which include the following: masks will be required for all attendees while in official Summit events and throughout the public hotel space; hand sanitizers will be provided for attendees; there will be overnight meeting room sanitizing; and socially distanced seating at events.

The wholesaler said it will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will provide updates when necessary.
