LSINew York—Starting by renting a small space in the sample room of Atlas Carpet Mills Manhattan showroom, LSI has grown to be one of the largest sales and marketing agencies for floor covering products in the U.S. The company said it generates millions in sales annually for the mills they represent.

LSI has grown to have 27 salespeople nationally, plus internal support staff with offices in Manhattan, N.Y. and Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The company services flooring dealers both buying group and independents, to-the-trade showrooms, flooring contractors, architect and design firms for residential, contract and commercial hospitality markets, according to the company.

Over the past 20 years, LSI has grown to over 1,000 customers and has helped their dealers supply flooring to the likes of Versace, Ralph Lauren, Hyatt, Marriott, The Breakers Hotel, NYU, Ruth Chris Steakhouses, World Cruise Ships, Hess Oil, Abu Dhabi International Airport, Bergdof Goodman and more.

According to Larry Lane, president, LSI, the company is full steam ahead with over 42% growth in 2021 and over 31% growth the first six months of 2022. The company expanded nationally in 2020, opened its Florida sales office in 2021 and took over Daltonian Flooring’s padding business earlier this year.

According to the company, LSI Flooring generates millions of dollars for the principal companies they represent such as Nourison, Hagaman, Antrim, JMISH, Decorative Concepts, Luzern/Davis Rugs, Harcourt and others. LSI has its corporate office in Manhattan, N.Y. with an additional sales office in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. LSI expanded nationally in 2021.
