Clearwater SPC Yosemite collectionMountville, Pa.—AHF Products, a leading manufacturer of hardwood flooring in the U.S., is introducing the Clearwater SPC Yosemite collection, the first line of rigid core flooring under its tmbr brand. A “millennial brand” in terms of marketing and position, according to the company, tmbr hardwood—and now resilient floor products—are designed for a generation that seeks a natural, outdoorsy look in a product that also offers the décor, performance and social responsibility they desire.

“This is a high-style and low-maintenance floor that is perfect for the person looking for an easy living but beautiful and practical floor,” said Kevin Whaley, vice president of sales and marketing, tmbr brand, AHF Products. “Recently, the concept of ‘bringing the outdoors in’ has gained footing among the design community as well as millennials as the demand for a home in tune with nature has increased. With tmbr, people can revitalize their homes with a floor that captures a little bit of the outdoor experience every day.”

While tmbr’s unique hardwood visuals are inspired by some of the world’s most naturally beautiful destinations, the new Clearwater SPC Yosemite collection is no exception. The Yosemite collection features 12 naturally inspired colors and textures with wide widths and long planks, in a matte, low gloss finish. The line boasts minimal maintenance/high livability. Exclusive Clearwater technology means this product is 100% waterproof and durable enough to take on life’s daily spills and accidents, the company said. Yosemite installs quickly with a high strength locking system. The product can be installed in direct sunlight and is said to perform at both high and low temperatures. Made in the USA with 85% material sourced in the U.S., it uses 20% recycled content and is Green Guard Certified. The floors offer a 35-year warranty.

Cain & Bultman is one of the first distributors of the new collection, covering the states of Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. “We are excited to be launching tmbr Clearwater SPC Yosemite with all its attributes combined with the success we have had with the AHF tmbr wood line,” said Shawn Moloney, vice president, residential, Cain & Bultman.

Justin Hertzell, tmbr sales manager, Eastern U.S. & Canada, added, “We are happy to be aligning with Cain & Bultman. Their reputation and service capabilities coupled with our class-leading USA made tmbr SPC collection will be a home run for their retailers.”

AHF Products said it aims to reach the millennials cohort through their shared interest in corporate social responsibility. Among the partners that tmbr is working with is the Arbor Day Foundation, the largest 501(c)3 nonprofit membership organization dedicated to planting trees. More than one million members, supporters and valued partners have helped plant more than 350 million trees throughout the world to ensure a greener and healthier future.

Supporting tmbr’s local independent retailers is equally as important as supporting environmental responsibility. IndependentWeStand inspires small businesses to celebrate their local roots and helps consumers understand why it is important to support them. Tmbr said it has joined as a sponsor and has organized a membership program for all its dealers.
