The Daltile Statements ‘Store Within A Store’ program is designed to simplify the tile selection process for retailers.

Dallas, Texas—Daltile is currently holding its annual meeting with key customer advisory board members on Tuesday, Oct. 20, to ensure the Daltile Statements Dealer Program continues to be a fresh, relevant and effective tool for retail partners, the company said.

The one-day event is taking place virtually and is highlighted by a tour of Daltile’s Arlington, Texas retail studio. This studio has served as the real-life prototype and test store for Daltile’s latest new showroom design. The new design will officially become available to Daltile’s Statement Dealers in January of 2021.

Daltile Statements Dealer Program

A key strength of the Daltile brand is the breadth and depth of product offered, according to Maria Snow, marketing manager for the Daltile advisory board program. “The displays, merchandising and unique features of the Statements Dealer Program play to this strength, equipping dealers with premiere tools to help maximize the shopping experience and help customers select the Daltile products that most perfectly fit their needs,” she said. “The ultimate goal is to equip our retail partners for success with our products and increase retailer sales.”

One of those tools is the new Daltile Statements ‘Store Within A Store’ program. “The program is designed to simplify the tile selection process for our customers,” said Paij Thorn-Brooks, vice president of marketing for Dal-Tile Corporation. “The new showroom features interactive modules, trend insights, unique displays that showcase the entire Daltile product line, curated assortments, and much more.  This new showroom coupled with the other facets of the program including premiere website placement, rebate programs, online display advertising, pay-per-click, and social media will bring a seamless experience from online to in-store.

“We believe our nationwide network of Statements Dealers is providing the ultimate Daltile shopping experience for retail customers nationwide. Today’s annual meeting with our advisory board members helps Daltile stay in tune with Statements Dealer needs, so we can continue providing a stellar program that exceeds their expectations.”

Advisory board

Members of the advisory board were carefully selected based on their prowess in the industry and because they offer an ideal cross-section of retailer types, according to Patrick Warren, vice president of dealer sales for Daltile. “We have small retailers and large retailers from across the country represented.  Some of our board members are strictly retail only, while others also sell to trade customers such as builders and commercial. This ensures we get feedback from every angle, allowing us to put together the strongest possible program for our nationwide network of 250+ Daltile Statements Dealers.”
