Hammond, La.—RollMaster Software is now offering stand-alone fcB2B compliant Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) products for the sole purpose of automating transactions between vendors and dealers not currently using a flooring-specific software program with that capability. B2B Exchange, its entry-level offering, is a cost-cutting solution for new subscribers to a B2B-only service. B2B Master is an enhanced B2B Data Exchange Service and features additional options such as vendor invoice document (810) exchange and advanced API and SQL capabilities for custom automations.

“We are now offering the same fcB2B technology enjoyed by our clients using the RollMaster Flooring Software core system as a stand-alone product,” explained Kelly Oechslin, product marketing manager. “This benefits dealers by allowing them access to this crucial EDI exchange data without them having to switch away from their existing business software. Our additional goal is continuing to grow the fcB2B initiative throughout the industry, as that benefits us all.”

With B2B Exchange, RollMaster said it offers functionality over and above other standard B2B pricing (832) import software such as bringing in full product catalog details and the ability to export the data to Excel. This service also provides the ability to program several pricing options based on margin, making it easier for dealers to quote pricing and figure bids.

For larger dealers utilizing a custom ERP system and interested in B2B integration, RollMaster offers a more robust product called B2B Master. This product offers those dealers the technology without the cost of custom programming or the learning curve associated with developing the technology. In addition to all the services offered in the introductory product, B2B Master offers the exchange of Vendor Invoice documents (810). A further benefit is granting access to the data via API and SQL, allowing for custom automations.
