HomeCategoriesCarpetPatcraft set to offer ‘virtual consultants'

In an effort to ensure that associates, customers and communities have the necessary tools to continue to do their jobs as efficiently as possible, Patcraft said its installation and product care experts will be available as ‘virtual consultants.’

In order to respect social distancing, Patcraft said its installation and product care experts are not traveling. The virtual consultant program has been developed to provide assistance via video call or phone call, offering guidance and expert troubleshooting virtually.

Patcraft’s virtual consultants will be available for tele-help on topics ranging from product installation questions to cleaning protocol, including but not limited to: installations including LokDots with EcoWorx carpet tile, click and glue down LVT, appropriate products for installations—including temporary healthcare facilities, as well as proper methods to disinfect flooring.
