In a curious twist of asymmetry comes Zip, the result of a collaboration between Ceramica Bardelli and Meneghello Paolelli Associati. Playing with grout lines, Zip offers unique decorative effects with shaped edges alongside its standard 600 by 600mm and 600 by 1,200mm pieces.

The three colours – Anthracite Black, Ivory White, and Antique Terracotta – work to enable striking contrast between a variety of grout shades. Subtle texture and a matte finish emphasise the neutrality of the tiles, ensuring the decorative grout lines take pride of place.

It’s an awesomely simple variation that adds wonderful scope for unique design. The shaped edges invite random patterns, or ordered stripes whilst the neutral tiles hand grout its much deserved stage.
