One SourcePlano, Texas—One Source Commercial Flooring, a Texas-based, full-service commercial flooring installation company, has elected James Potts, PE as its CEO. According to the company, Potts brings extensive construction and contracting experience and will continue building upon One Source’s successful 28-year history by executing One Source Commercial Flooring’s commitment to continued growth and innovation.

Potts is a results-driven construction executive with more than 25 years of contracting experience. He graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in engineering and earned his MBA from Xavier University. Prior to joining One Source, the company said Potts was senior vice president of operations for Indianapolis-based ERMCO, a top electrical, systems and automation contractors in the United States. Prior to working with ERMCO, Potts held significant leadership roles, including president of Thomas J Dyer Company based in Cincinnati, according to the company.

One Source was founded on the core principles of best-in-class quality and unrivaled service levels for each customer and project. As One Source begins its next exciting chapter of growth, the company will be focused on supporting its longstanding customer base with expanded service offerings and geographic coverage while delivering the same level of quality and project-level attention upon which the company’s reputation has been built.
