The design of Upton 43 in Minneapolis perfectly reflects Chef Erick Harcey’s culinary philosophy of combining French and contemporary cooking techniques with the Swedish heritage dishes of his childhood. This combination of modernism and nostalgia is embodied in the Linden Hills restaurant’s interior design, which combines distressed wood wall treatments and textured ceramic service ware with modular tile collections by Mosa.
Mosa 10Thirty in the bathroom is a contemporary take on classic subway tiles. Behind the bar, Mosa Colors in Oriental Blue with contrasting white grout lines creates a familiar, yet sophisticated, backdrop for dining.
In the kitchen, Mosa Global wall tiles stand up to the daily grease and grime of a busy commercial kitchen without breaking a sweat.
