comparably.comLos Angeles— Emser Tile has won a 2021 award from Comparably.com for Best Companies for Women. Emser was the only flooring company included on the large category list.

Comparably said its annual Best Companies for Women award is derived from anonymous feedback from female employees on Comparably.com over the past 12 months. The distinction is segmented into two ranked lists: Top 100 Large companies (more than 500 employees) and Top 50 Small/Mid-Size companies (500 employees or fewer).

“Our team is a family, collaborating together and empowering each other to get every job accomplished successfully,” said Erika Croy, vice president of human resources, Emser Tile. “We want to thank our talented employees who made time to share their experiences working here, as well as the team at Comparably.com whose honors reinforce that we continue to affect positive change.”
