Armstrong brand leaderLancaster, Penn.—Armstrong Flooring was voted a brand leader in Builder Magazine’s 2020 Brand Use Study, an annual survey of building professionals. The survey found that Armstrong Flooring was voted as the top flooring brand across three categories: “Brand Familiarity,” “Brands Used in the Past 2 Years” and “Highest Overall Quality Rating.”

Armstrong Flooring has been recognized as a top flooring brand in the survey for five consecutive years. “We’re extremely proud of this recognition from the building community,” said Tom Cole, vice president, residential sales at Armstrong Flooring. “We have many exciting new products and programs that we plan to bring to builders in 2021, and this honor is a great foundation as we continue to evolve our business to better serve home builders and their customers.”

For more than 25 years, the annual Builder Brand Use Study has measured the current product choices and attitudes of U.S. builders, contractors and developers, and it has become a staple for educating builders about products and brands, the company said. This year’s survey included more than 1,000 respondents from across the country who weighed in to share their brand choice preferences and practices for the coming year.

Armstrong also recently won four Platinum Awards for Design Excellence (ADEX) awards.
