PROJECT TYPELOCATIONMATERIAL
Retail / RestaurantWayne , PACeramic Wall Tile

PROJECT OVERVIEW

In March 2021 the beloved Philadelphia staple, Di Bruno Brothers, officially expanded with their first ever suburban location in Wayne, PA. The goal of the 8,000 sqft Italian culinary destination was to create an evolution and “best of” all Di Bruno Bros stores that featured an immersive food shopping experience with an old-world feel. With authenticity and craftmanship top of mind, Eimer Design specified the Garden State Tile Maritime and Flash Collections for the fit-out executed by Scungio Borst.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

To coincide with the theme of a traditional Italian eatery, 3”x6” glossy subway tile from the Maritime Collectionin Cape May Buff was installed throughout the walls of the market. The handmade-look edges lend an artisan feel to the space, while the glossy ceramic material provides a stain resistant option that is ideal for the daily cooking and food prep that takes place at the market.

Behind the coffee counter the Garden State Tile Flash Collection was used to exude a weathered and oxidized semblance that is still reminiscent of classic 3”x12” brick-laid subway tile. The satin finish features the latest in digital printing technology for graphics that portray an authentic look and feel.
