Revival of construction activities has resulted in the moderate growth of the Ceramic Tile Market in the UK, which is expected to post a CAGR of 7.35 percent from 2014-2019, says research firm Technavio.

The latest report by Technavio draws attention towards government incentives, favorable interest rates and improved economic scenarios that have substantially improved the housing market in the UK. A reduction in unemployment and better income levels have also given consumers the confidence to spend more on home improvement and furnishing activities.

The new Technavio report also emphasizes the recovery of residential construction in the private sector that is projected to record healthy growth in the medium term, which will also balance the subdued demand from the public sector.
