PORCELANOSA Opens New Showroom in Houston, Texas

PORCELANOSA, a global leader in the innovation, design, manufacturing and distribution of luxury tile, kitchen and bath products, will open their groundbreaking new showroom in Houston, Texas, on Thursday, June 25, 2015.

PORCELANOSA Introduces The First KRION(R) Solid Surface Building In The U.S.

The showroom will be the company's fourth location in Texas, it's 24th in the U.S., and will be the first building in the country with a ventilated facade created out of Porcelanosa's KRION® solid surface material.

Patented by Porcelanosa, KRION®, is a smooth-to-the-touch solid surface material with a resemblance to natural stone. A designer favorite, it is an ideal material for both exterior and interior applications due to its fire-proof, chemical-resistant qualities. It's also flexible enough to be molded like plastic with no visible seams or grout joints while being 100% recyclable. Most recently, KRION® was used to create the futuristic interiors in the Hotel Radisson Blu at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn.

In addition to its unique exterior, the 3,000 sq. feet Houston showroom will contain a wide selection of product samples that highlights the company's most popular vanities, fixtures, bathroom products, accessories and floor and wall tiles suitable for any design taste. The Houston Showroom also has a product library with over 1,000 references available for our clients and customers to view onsite.

"PORCELANOSA is excited to celebrate this company milestone and bring a fresh European look to its showrooms in the U.S.," said Santiago Manent, Sales and Marketing Director for PORCELANOSA USA. "The new Houston location will offer customers in the area the opportunity to engage with top interior design experts and consultants to ensure all customers receive a luxury experience and the best advice possible."

This year, PORCELANOSA will also relocate their U.S. headquarters to New York City's Madison Square Park, situated at the epicenter of the city's architecture and design community. The building, designed by the renowned Foster + Partners, will include a grand-scale showroom and will open next month.
