A Chat with Garza Marfa

California and Texas have long had a friendly rivalry but that’s been put to rest for now – at least from a design perspective – by Californians turned Texans, Jamey Garza and Constance Holt-Garza. (OK, Jamey’s originally from Austin, but worked in California for years.) The duo have created the perfect Texas-meets-California line of home furnishings and accessories. Marrying sleek modernist lines and bright pops of color with rustic materials, the two have created pieces with a cool, laid back, witty vibe. And that’s the perfect marriage of California and Texas. Ease. Fun. Style.
