Eric Street House was developed in what had been the garden of a suburban property near Cottesloe Beach in Perth, Western Australia. The first-floor living areas open onto a wide deck, while the second floor is connected to a rooftop terrace. Bright colors are sprinkled throughout the home as a finishing touch.
