The acquisition, from the Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC), includes Bitumat’s main facility covering more than 100,000 square metres in Dammam, a manufacturing unit in nearby Bahrain, as well as offices and warehouses in the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah and sales offices in the United Arab Emirates and Oman.
