Use film canisters or pill bottles to hold paperclips thumbtacks, and similar type of tiny items. Trays are an excellent option to hold the smaller items that normally slide around and create a real mess in drawers. Use ice-cube trays for holding smaller items and open-weave cutlery trays for grouping similar items. Keep them rolled!

Note: If you don’t have a pastry bag, you can use a thumbtack to work a small hole into the corner of a sandwich baggie.). Let the cookies stand for at least 20 minutes to allow the brown icing to harden. Put the white icing into a pastry bag with a 2” tip. Fill in the space between the two lines with more icing.
