Today’s post brings together two design strands that have much preoccupied Tile Addict of late: concrete-effect tiles and incised linear patterns picked out in contrasting grout colours. These provide a framework for infinite design combinations.

I later worked as a sales manager for Laticrete International for seven years, before founding Ceramic Tile and Stone Consultants (CTaSC) on May 5, 2002. Often the architect or designer selects products based on color and texture rather than on suitability. I am currently the chair of the CTDA Education Committee.

We delved into the interior design, looking for features such as hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, balconies and other modern features. Interiors are defined by window walls and clean, minimalistic design. A swimming pool, fitness center and several indoor and outdoor lounge areas define the community space.
