Roofdeck Pool at Evo Cira Centre South Philadelphia is one of America’s oldest cities, and its historic and ornate architecture has wowed architects and design enthusiasts since its development in the 18th century. The apartments here have designer finishes, including gourmet kitchens and wood flooring.

Besides basic information such as year constructed, number of units and average rent prices, we factored in community amenities such as outdoor spaces and fitness facilities. We delved into the interior design, looking for features such as hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, balconies and other modern features.

If it’s damp and in the upper 30′s/ lower 40′s that will make being outdoors a little less awesome. She’s been gone since 2004. You can also see that each individual panel has its own letter and number designation. One of the things that has made this process run so smoothly has been the vendor we worked with to coordinate the design of the house using SIPs - MM&I Construction & Design, Inc. Jacob My house was built with SIP back in 2004.
