The goal of the Green Deal is to reduce greenhouse gases by 55% by 2030 compared to 1990 and to achieve neutrality by 2050. Coem is aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and identifies the most important SDGs in relation to the impacts generated in the local region.

In 2022, Coem was awarded third-party verification by Certyquality according to ‘ISO 17889-1 – Sustainability for ceramic tiles’ , a new international standard for determining the level of sustainability of ceramic products in the construction trade. Only ceramic tiles that achieve a minimum score of 117.5
