Dale was hired as a Small Powder Line Operator in Dallas, Ga. In July 2007, Dale took on a new role as Lab Tech for adhesives and powders testing requirements. In 2013, Dale was instrumental in launching ARDEX Tile & Stone Installation Systems products at the Dallas Plant.

In this role, Greg develops and implements the overall product and innovation strategy for the Flooring and Finishing Segments to include: Sub-Floor Preparation, Toppings, Moisture Control, Primers, Sealants, Coatings and Flooring Adhesives. Henry facility in Dallas, Georgia. Tracie is currently a line operator for small powders.
