In 2008 ARDEX expanded the scope of the Mexican business, and Jorge was promoted into a Sales Manager position. In 2009 Jorge’s job was expanded again, and he became the Regional Sales Manager for Latin America, which includes Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and the northern cone of South America.
