Located about halfway between Tucson and Flagstaff, Phoenix is about an hour’s drive from being able to enjoy all four seasons. This area has several historic districts; its tree-lined streets highlight the fine architecture. As for its economic climate, it’s known for the “Five C’s”: Cotton, Cattle, Citrus, Climate and Copper.
