My office is English cottage meets design studio. I cannot stand parking decks!) I knew the ceiling was going to be a dominating surface so I add simple boards and then painted beams to cover the steel i-beam holding up the second floor. This picture was taken to record the gap between the vertical sheathing on the exterior wall, and the horizontal decking that makes up the roof. This is what an unfinished level 5 wall looks like … there is no paint on this wall whatsoever. No paint on these walls either. It’s perfectly flush.
