A research scientist with an eye for detail approached Studio VARA to transform a 1908 cottage in San Francisco’s Noe Valley into a modern dwelling. The grand staircase marks the separation between the public spaces to the south and the private spaces to the north, as you can see in the architecture plans.

This growing graphic & product design office, a project by Terry.Terry Architecture , has accomplished this perfectly. It is located within an existing brick building in the Jackson Square Historic District of San Francisco, California, USA. A second story volume was added above the original floor.

This family home in San Francisco was re-imagined by Jeff King & Co as a cozy home where children and parents can carelessly flow from one space to another, from indoor to outdoor. The master bedroom overlooking the deck and roof garden gives parents enough privacy and ease of mind, replenishing their energy for the day to come.
