The grasslands that stretch from Southern Brazil through Patagonia are well known for their cattle production and gaúchos (cowboys). This is Fadenza’s second location, the first being in Leeds. Furnished with leather and cowhide, and decorated with saddles and other items from the tack room, any gaúcho would feel right at home.

They’re often a single-area open floor plan and they’re both usually less than 600 square feet. Micro apartments are designed to be space-efficient as well as LEED certified or energy efficient. Sao Paolo, Brazil Casa 100 designed this 258 square foot studio to function like a modern hotel room.
