Developers refurbished an old cylindrical hotel in order to offer Denver’s first micro-apartments in Colorado. Part of the large outdoor terrace space.

We delved into the interior design, looking for features such as hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, balconies and other modern features. The updated building includes a gym, landscaped patio and roof deck. The units offer Brazilian cherry flooring and kitchens that include Smeg and Miele appliances.
