We delved into the interior design, looking for features such as hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, balconies and other modern features. Residents here enjoy designer kitchens with granite countertops, 9-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The best view, however, is from the 2,000-square-foot recycled grass rooftop.

It isn’t an issue now, but it could be in the future so this has been a consideration since the earliest design schemes were presented.
