Designed by Mistry Architects , Clover Villa is contemporary home set within a golf course development on the outskirts of Bangalore, India. A reflective pool with skylights that create varying light and shade through the day connects both the floors with its high ceiling, double height windows and accent lights.

This lovely tree house in Tala, India, perches on the top of a hilltop property, surrounded by a forest and meandering river. One of the highlights of this nature retreat is an old Garuga fruit tree that punctures the floor of a partially enclosed bathroom.

Salvaged items typically include doors, windows, cabinets, lighting and plumbing fixtures, framing lumber, roofing materials, and flooring. I haven’t come across that issue but once and it was the adhesive that was used to secure the linoleum to the sub-deck. So what are the advantages to deconstruction?
