Micro apartments are designed to be space-efficient as well as LEED certified or energy efficient. Developers refurbished an old cylindrical hotel in order to offer Denver’s first micro-apartments in Colorado. They’re often a single-area open floor plan and they’re both usually less than 600 square feet.
