Vanderbilt Medical Center at One Hundred Oaks Mall, Nashville Tennessee. Originally built in the 1960’s, Nashville’s 800,000 square foot One Hundred Oaks Mall was in serious decline. Lack of light was the greatest challenge of relocating the clinic into this former outdoor recreation store. We’re here to work with you!

Restaurants, which are also allowed to open outdoor seating, must space tables 6 feet apart and close bar seating. Businesses previously designated as nonessential can also re-open to curbside pickup or delivery. Outdoor recreational rentals may also return to business, and nonessential retail could begin offering curbside pickup.
