Trip to Seattle and the San Juan Islands

'I just returned from a trip to Seattle and the San Juan Islands.this was my first time there! It was very beautiful and the islands are quite remote. I took some photos of a lodge we stayed at.the tile work was done quite well.it looks like they used Kathari Mocha slate [link] : Some photos from the lodge.

'We love when our customers share pictures of their tile installations! The Donaldsons, who emailed us pictures of their new kitchen backsplash today, chose 4x4 indian autumn slate and sealed it with TEC Ensealant Stone Enhancer. The sealant brought out the rich hues and shaded tones of the slate that a natural sealer would have otherwise subdued. Check out the heritage metal chair rail and the 4x4 heritage metal sagebrush accents that they scattered throughout the backsplash.
