I recently was in Puerto Rico. Apparently there was a problem in the kitchen. He apologized profusely and simply said, “We can’t get anyone to work. We’re just pulling bodies off the street. This should change in another month.” Then he bought us a round of drinks. We found one four-star place that supposedly had a 9 p.m.
