There are two garages on this house, and both of them are disconnected from the main house (because this is a LEED Gold or better house, final paperwork has not been completed). The landscaping on this project – in keeping with the highest levels of LEED certification – is very low maintenance and site friendly.

This rendered site plan still shows the vegetative roof – something that we were pursuing since this will be a LEED for Homes certified project. We also connected the wood deck from the left hand side (Master bedroom) around the outdoor dining area, and connected it to the guest bedroom wing.
