Ardex takes up majority stake in Wedi

According to Wedi, it is already very successful in Europe and has been the market leader in North America since 2017 with its own factory in Batavia, Ill. The trading name, location, brand name and marketing strategy will not change either. In the future, Wedi said it will be a stand-alone company within the Ardex Group.
