We spent more than 40 hours conducting research on Chicago real estate and looked at more than 130 apartment buildings in the city, categorizing them by location and comparing them with a set list of variables. Topping the list of amenities is a two-level outdoor sun deck and a serene pool that opens to the adjoining deck.
