Interior design is important to us, so we looked for hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, balconies and other modern features coveted by today’s renters. Topping the list of amenities is a two-level outdoor sun deck and a serene pool that opens to the adjoining deck.

Completed in 2003, it was designed by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson and built by Don Tankersley Construction. Interior ceilings were raised and floor to ceiling windows were added, dramatically expanding the range of light that reached the inner rooms. A master suite, study, and south facing deck were added.
