We delved into the interior design, looking for features such as hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, balconies and other modern features. Many apartments have sweeping water views, as well as features such as modern kitchens, wood flooring and walk-in closets.

We delved into the interior design, looking for features such as hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, balconies and other modern features. Kitchens have maple cabinetry and granite countertops. Roadways do tend to get congested, especially at peak commuting hours. Plans are underway for an Upper Kirby light rail.
