You had some colorful characters in the business. The further you got back into the woods, the more colorful we got. There was increasing wealth overall, but we also developed better finishes and colors. Right before I got to Anderson, they developed a third color we called the “Autumn.” It was a golden color.

Roofdeck Pool at Evo Cira Centre South Philadelphia is one of America’s oldest cities, and its historic and ornate architecture has wowed architects and design enthusiasts since its development in the 18th century. The apartments here have designer finishes, including gourmet kitchens and wood flooring.

Hansgrohe is steeped in history and with their think-tank approach to design and products they have proven that they are innovators and leaders in the revolution of the shower. Today, the shower bar is standard all over the workd in 1953 it was a bathroom sensation. Beautifully designed luxury for the kitchen and bath.

We delved into the interior design, looking for features such as hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, balconies and other modern features. Residents here enjoy designer kitchens with granite countertops, 9-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The best view, however, is from the 2,000-square-foot recycled grass rooftop.
