And that’s how we felt about working with our long-time friends, Melina and Dodd Raissnia of Peace Industry , San Francisco’s beloved maker of modern felted soft goods, who’ve designed a capsule collection of rugs, baskets and ottomans just for us. The couple rallied and eventually found new production facilities in Turkey.

Since being appointed as executive director in 2016, she has elevated the organization’s relevance and more than doubled the non-profit’s revenue and impact to individuals through financial assistance grants. All this is designed to build a foundation profitability. She leads flooring events in Germany, Shanghai, America and Turkey.
