Jorge started his career with ARDEX in 2005 as a Manufacturer’s Representative in Mexico. Jorge started the ARDEX business in Mexico from a very small business and over the next three years built a sustainable business the traditional ARDEX way, one contractor at a time. Joni started her career as a temp in Literature and Samples.
