Here in Australia I haven’t used or even seen insulated panels with OSB skins, we do however use “cool room panels” whose skins are treated steel sheets, flat or profiled/corrugated, XPS inside, amazing span capability. They mechanically fastened together with cam locks and attached to the sill in a standard fashion.
