The latest addition to the Heath Building in San Francisco is Elisabeth Prueitt and Chad Robertson’s Tartine Manufactory — an open production and creative space for dining, baking, recipe development, and culinary collaborations. It’s amazing to be a part of completing the vision for the building! And that’s how we like it.
