Aside from the modern design, features here include built-in wine racks and Kohler fixtures. Resident amenities include a rooftop pool deck and a fitness center.

The units offer Brazilian cherry flooring and kitchens that include Smeg and Miele appliances. The updated building includes a gym, landscaped patio and roof deck.
